 It was right around the 11th of January, 2009 that Matthew Rush's lifetime exclusive contract with Falcon Studios was terminated and Rush would become a free agent.  Free to pick and choose who he wanted to work with and what he wanted to do.

There was sort of a feeding frenzy going on amongst certain porn companies, websites and agents as to who would get him first for a porn project after nearly a decade with one of the most successful porn companies in the business.
